The FWE TST-10 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience in food service. Its slim-line design features six pairs of tray slides, accommodating either six 18" x 26" trays or six 12" x 20" pans, with a 4-1/2" on-center spacing adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. The forced air heating system ensures even temperature distribution, while the adjustable thermostat allows for precise control.
The cabinet is equipped with recessed controls for easy access and a flush-mounted insulated door for optimal heat retention. Push bar handles and a wraparound bumper enhance mobility and protection. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cabinet is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It features 5" casters, including two rigid and two swivel with brakes for stability. The FWE TST-10 is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and rated IPX4, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
