The FWE UHRS-7-7 is a versatile dual-temperature cabinet designed for efficient food storage and service. This mobile unit features a heated and refrigerated split cabinet, accommodating either (7) 18" x 26" or (14) 12" x 20" pans per compartment. The adjustable shelving allows for 4-1/2" on-center spacing, customizable in 1-1/2" increments.
Equipped with separate electronic controls, the cabinet offers precise temperature management with a heating range of 90°F to 190°F and a refrigeration range of 33°F to 38°F. The top-mounted forced air heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the bottom-mounted compressor enhances cooling efficiency.
Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cabinet features two flush-mounted doors with push bars for easy access, a wrap-around bumper for protection, and six 6" casters (two rigid and four swivel with brakes) for mobility. The unit operates with a 1/4 HP compressor and meets UL, cUL, UL EPH Classified, and DOE 17 standards, ensuring reliability and safety in any commercial kitchen environment.
