The FWE UHS-7 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food storage and service. It features seven universal tray slides, accommodating either seven 18" x 26" trays or fourteen 12" x 20" pans, with adjustable spacing at 4-1/2" on 1-1/2" increments. The Humi-temp heat and humidity system ensures consistent temperature and moisture levels, while the adjustable thermostat and individual controls allow for precise settings.
Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, the cabinet is insulated for energy efficiency. It includes a removable humidifier pan for easy maintenance. The flush-mounted door with an edgemount latch provides secure access, complemented by push bar handles for easy mobility. The wraparound bumper protects against damage, and the cabinet is equipped with 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—for stable transport.
