Description
The Glastender DI-FR-DW is a high-performance drop-in ice cream dipping cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. Measuring 24"W x 18"D, it features self-contained refrigeration with a temperature range of -5°F (-20°C) to 10°F (-12°C), ensuring optimal storage conditions for your ice cream. The cabinet accommodates one 3-gallon can, making it ideal for busy service environments. Equipped with a hinged stainless steel lid, the unit provides easy access while maintaining temperature integrity. The built-in 6" diameter dipper well with faucet allows for quick and hygienic serving. Constructed with a stainless steel top and interior liner, along with a durable galvanized steel exterior wrap, this cabinet is designed for longevity and easy maintenance. Installation is straightforward with the included mounting hardware, requiring a cutout of 22-3/4" x 14-3/4". The unit operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a 1/4 HP compressor, ensuring energy efficiency. It is cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and ETL Verified, meeting industry standards for safety and performance.

  • Factory note:: THIS UNIT REQUIRES PROPER VENTILATION. AIR FLOW RESTRICTIONS AND/OR LACK OF VENTILATION OF CABINET SPACE WILL CAUSE COMPRESSOR FAILURE AND WILL VOID WARRANTY. CONDENSER NEEDS 150CFM OF AIR SUPPLY TO MAINTAIN PROPER OPERATION.
