The Glastender DI-FR is a drop-in ice cream dipping cabinet designed for optimal performance and convenience. Measuring 18"W x 18"D, this self-contained refrigeration unit maintains a temperature range of -5°F (-20°C) to 10°F (-12°C), ensuring your ice cream stays perfectly frozen. It features a capacity for one 3-gallon can, making it ideal for busy service environments. The hinged stainless steel lid provides easy access while maintaining product integrity. Constructed with a stainless steel top and interior liner for durability, it also includes a galvanized steel exterior wrap for added strength. The unit requires a cutout of 14-3/4" x 14-3/4" for installation and operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/4 HP compressor.
