The Glastender DI-FR36-DW is a high-performance drop-in ice cream dipping cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. Measuring 24"W x 18"D, this self-contained refrigeration unit maintains a temperature range of -5°F (-20°C) to 10°F (-12°C), ensuring optimal storage for your ice cream. It features a generous capacity for (2) 3-gallon cans, allowing for ample product display. The cabinet is equipped with a hinged stainless steel lid for easy access and a built-in 6" diameter dipper well with a faucet for quick serving. Constructed with a stainless steel top and interior liner, it offers durability and easy cleaning, while the galvanized steel exterior wrap provides additional strength. The required cutout dimensions are 32-3/4" x 14-3/4". Powered by a 1/4 HP compressor and utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, the Glastender DI-FR36-DW is both energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Mounting hardware is included for straightforward installation.
