Description

The Glastender DI-FR36 is a high-performance drop-in ice cream dipping cabinet designed for efficiency and durability. Measuring 24"W x 18"D, it features self-contained refrigeration with a temperature range of -5°F (-20°C) to 10°F (-12°C), ensuring optimal storage conditions for your ice cream. This unit accommodates two 3-gallon cans, making it ideal for busy establishments. Constructed with a hinged stainless steel lid for easy access, the cabinet also boasts a stainless steel top and interior liner for enhanced hygiene and easy cleaning. The galvanized steel exterior wrap adds durability, while the included mounting hardware simplifies installation. A cutout of 24-3/4" x 14-3/4" is required for proper fit. The unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and is powered by a 1/4 HP compressor. It is cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and ETL Verified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
