Description

The Hatco CWB-2 is a drop-in refrigerated cold food well unit designed for optimal food preservation and easy access. It accommodates two full-size pans, featuring top-mounted electronic temperature control for precise temperature management. The unit includes pan support bars to securely hold full-size pans in place. Its condenser unit is rotatable for flexible installation, while the sight glass allows for easy monitoring of the refrigerant level. Equipped with service valves and a dryer/filter, this unit ensures efficient operation. The insulated design includes a drain for easy maintenance. Constructed with durable aluminized steel housing and a stainless steel bezel, the CWB-2 is built to withstand the demands of commercial kitchens. Powered by a reliable 1/5 HP motor, it is cULus certified and proudly made in the USA.
