The Hatco CWBX-1 is a drop-in refrigerated cold food well unit designed for efficient food storage and display. It accommodates one pan size and features a top mount for easy access. The unit is equipped with electronic temperature control for precise management, along with an auto defrost function to maintain optimal performance. It utilizes remote refrigeration and includes a control panel and TXV valve, which are shipped loose for flexible installation. The well is insulated and features a 1" drain for effective drainage.
