Description

The Hatco FSHC-7W1-EE is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food preservation. Featuring thermostatically-controlled heat, this cabinet ensures consistent temperature management with a digital readout for easy monitoring. The adjustable humidity and temperature settings allow for customized food holding conditions. It includes one door for easy access and seven adjustable removable slides, accommodating both 18" x 26" and 12" x 20" pans, with slide spacing on 1-3/8" centers. The insulated construction and built-in water reservoir enhance heat retention and humidity control. Equipped with durable casters for mobility, this unit operates at 1118 watts and meets CE, cULus, and UL EPH Classified standards, proudly made in the USA.
