This electric unit features a capacity for three full-size pans, making it ideal for busy kitchens. It includes manifold drains and an auto-fill system for easy maintenance and operation. The insulated design ensures optimal heat retention, while the top-mounted remote thermostat allows for precise temperature control with a separate power switch for convenience. Constructed from durable stainless steel and aluminized materials, this unit operates at 2250 watts on a 120v/60/1-ph low wattage system. It is CE, cULus, and UL EPH Classified certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
