The Hobart PW20ER-1 is a high-efficiency Advansys™ Ventless Pot/Pan/Utensil Washer designed for commercial kitchens. This front-loading dishwasher features a split door design for easy access and a capacity of up to 20 pans. It operates on a 208/240v/60/3-ph power supply and is equipped with over/under rotating arms for thorough cleaning.
With an adjustable timer offering 2, 4, or 6-minute cycles, the PW20ER-1 can process up to 13 racks per hour, making it ideal for busy environments. It includes two flat grids, two tray racks, and one flat bottom rack, along with a pre-rinse spray hose for enhanced cleaning efficiency.
The unit sanitizes using the Sense-A-Temp™ system, achieving a 70° booster rise, and features an internal condensing system for energy recovery. The Complete Delime™ function with Delime Notification ensures optimal performance, while Auto Dispensing and Booster Guard™ enhance usability.
Constructed from durable stainless steel, the PW20ER-1 is cULus, BISSC Certified, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® rated, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Factory startup is complimentary for installations within 100 miles of a Hobart Service Office during normal business hours with prior notice.
