The Hobart PWVER-1 is a high-efficiency Advansys™ Ventless Pot/Pan/Utensil Washer designed for commercial kitchens. This front-loading dishwasher features a vertical door design and operates on 208/240v/60/3-ph power. It accommodates up to 12 pans and utilizes over/under rotating arms for thorough cleaning. The adjustable timer allows for 2, 4, or 6-minute cycles, achieving a remarkable output of up to 13 racks per hour.
Included with the unit are a flat grid, tray rack, and heavy-duty rolling rack, along with a pre-rinse spray hose and drain pump for enhanced functionality. The Complete Delime™ system with Delime Notification ensures optimal maintenance, while the Auto Dispensing and Booster Guard™ features streamline operation. The sanitizing process is supported by the Sense-A-Temp™ technology, which provides a 70° booster rise for effective sanitation.
