The Hoshizaki SR48B-12D4 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a 48" width and offers 13.66 cu. ft. of storage space, making it ideal for busy kitchens. It is equipped with a self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system that utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. The unit includes four drawers, each accommodating (12) 1/6 pans that are 4" deep, with a maximum depth of 6" for both the drawer and top rail. A 10" deep, 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The stainless steel interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning, while the hinged top cover offers convenient access. Mobility is enhanced with four 6" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. The hot gas condensate removal system further improves efficiency. The unit operates on a 1/5 HP motor and comes with a NEMA 5-15P cord. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
