The Hoshizaki SR48B-18MD2 is a high-performance Mega Top Refrigerated Counter designed for efficiency and convenience in food preparation. This two-section unit features a spacious 48"W design with a 13.66 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for sandwich and salad preparation. The self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system ensures optimal cooling performance. Equipped with one door and one adjustable shelf, this unit also includes two drawers that come with 18 1/6 top pans, each 4" deep, accommodating a maximum pan depth of 6" for both the drawer and top rail. A 10" D x 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board provides ample workspace for food prep. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, including a hinged top cover, the SR48B-18MD2 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It features four 6" casters, two of which have brakes for easy mobility and stability.
