The Hoshizaki SR72B-12 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This three-section unit features a spacious 72" width and offers 18 cu. ft. of storage capacity. It is equipped with a self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system that ensures optimal cooling efficiency.
The unit includes three solid hinged doors for easy access and two adjustable shelves for customizable storage. It comes with twelve 1/6 pans that are 4" deep, accommodating a maximum pan depth of 6" in the top rail. A 10" deep by 1/2" thick white polyethylene cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation.
Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, including the front, sides, and hinged top cover, this unit is built for durability and easy cleaning. It features four 6" casters, two of which have brakes for stability. The hot gas condensate removal system enhances performance, while the R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant is environmentally friendly.
