The Howard-McCray R-CMS35-10-S-LED is a high-performance red meat deli display case designed for optimal product presentation and preservation. Measuring 119 inches in width, this service case features a full-length gravity coil system that ensures consistent temperature control. It includes both upper and lower compartments, with an additional full-length humidity coil integrated into the main deck to maintain ideal moisture levels. Constructed with a durable stainless steel top and both interior and exterior, this display case is built for longevity and easy maintenance. The unit operates on a 115v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 2.4 amps and delivering 3500 BTU of cooling power. It comes equipped with LED lighting to enhance product visibility while being energy-efficient. The R-CMS35-10-S-LED is cULus certified, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation compliant, ensuring it meets rigorous safety and sanitation standards.
