The IMC/Teddy CRAS-50 Cold Food Counter is designed for optimal food preservation and display. This self-contained unit features a refrigerated air screen cold air pan, ensuring that food is maintained at safe temperatures between 33°F and 41°F. With dimensions of 50"W x 30-1/2"D x 36"H, it includes three pans for versatile food storage. The counter boasts a white bottom display, ideal for showcasing crocks and pans. Its mobile modular design features an open cabinet base for easy access and storage. Constructed with a durable 16-gauge stainless steel top and a robust 14-gauge stainless steel frame, it ensures longevity and reliability in busy environments. Equipped with 5"H heavy-duty double bearing swivel casters, two of which are fitted with brakes for stability, the CRAS-50 is easy to maneuver. It operates on a 6' cord and plug, with a powerful 1/2 HP compressor, 120v, and 11.5 amps, meeting UL and NSF 7 standards for safety and performance.
