The mobile modular design is complemented by an enclosed cabinet base, providing additional storage space. Constructed with a robust 16 gauge stainless steel top and a 14 gauge stainless steel frame, this unit is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. Mobility is enhanced with 5"H heavy-duty double bearing swivel casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability when stationary.
