Equipped with a 12" griddle, this range offers additional cooking versatility. The standard oven boasts a porcelain interior for easy cleaning and includes one chrome rack for optimal baking and roasting. The stainless steel construction of the front, sides, backguard, and shelf ensures durability and a sleek appearance, while the 3-1/2"D landing ledge and kick plate enhance functionality. A 3"W grease trough, removable grease can, and crumb tray simplify maintenance. With 6" legs featuring adjustable feet, this range can be easily leveled for stability. It delivers a powerful output of 183,000 BTU (54kW) and meets NSF, CE, CSA Flame, and CSA Star certifications, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
