The Jade Range JBR-10-2436C is a powerful 60" gas restaurant range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. Featuring ten 30,000 BTU open burners with infinite controls, this range provides precise heat management for a variety of cooking techniques. It includes a 24" space saver oven and a 36" convection oven, both equipped with a chrome-plated rack for optimal cooking versatility. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front, sides, tray bed, and stub back, this range ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The 6" adjustable legs allow for customizable height to fit your kitchen layout. Operating at 115v/60/1-ph with a 4.0 amp draw and 1/4 HP motor, it delivers a total output of 360,000 BTU.
