The Jade Range JBR-10-36 Bistro™ Restaurant Range is a powerful 60" gas cooking solution designed for commercial kitchens. Featuring ten 30,000 BTU open burners with infinite controls, this range offers precise temperature management for a variety of cooking techniques. It includes one standard oven and a convenient cabinet for additional storage, along with a chrome-plated rack for optimal cooking versatility. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front, sides, tray bed, and stub back, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The range is equipped with 6" adjustable legs for stability on uneven surfaces. With a total output of 330,000 BTU, this unit meets CSAus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any restaurant environment.
