The Jade Range JBR-12G-2-24C is a powerful 24" gas restaurant range designed for high-performance cooking in a commercial kitchen. It features two 30,000 BTU open burners on the right side, providing ample heat for various cooking tasks. The left side includes a 12" griddle, perfect for preparing breakfast items or searing meats. This range is equipped with manual controls, allowing for precise adjustments without a temperature thermostat. The convection oven ensures even cooking and baking, and comes with one chrome-plated rack for versatile use. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, tray bed, and stub back, this range is built for durability and easy cleaning.
