The Jade Range JBR-2-12G-24C is a powerful 24" gas restaurant range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. It features two 30,000 BTU open burners on the left side, providing ample heat for various cooking tasks. The right side includes a 12" griddle, perfect for preparing breakfast items and other grilled dishes. This range is equipped with manual controls for precise cooking adjustments, though it does not include a temperature thermostat. The convection oven ensures even cooking and baking, complemented by a chrome-plated rack for versatile oven use. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front, sides, tray bed, and stub back, this range is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen.
