Description

The Jade Range JBR-2-60G-36 is a powerful 72" gas restaurant range designed for high-performance cooking in busy kitchens. It features two 30,000 BTU open burners on the left side, providing ample heat for various cooking tasks. The right side boasts a spacious 60" griddle, perfect for preparing multiple dishes simultaneously. Manual controls allow for precise adjustments without the need for a temperature thermostat. This range includes a standard oven for baking and roasting, along with a convenient cabinet for additional storage. A chrome-plated rack is included for easy organization of cookware. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, tray bed, and stub back, the JBR-2-60G-36 ensures durability and easy cleaning. The 6" adjustable legs provide stability on uneven surfaces.
