The Jade Range JBR-236 Bistro™ Bake & Roast Oven is a powerful gas oven designed for restaurant use. With a spacious 36" double standard oven configuration, it offers a temperature range from 150°F to 500°F, allowing for versatile cooking options. Each oven features one chrome-plated rack, providing durability and ease of cleaning. The removable interior sides and bottom facilitate effortless maintenance, while the stainless steel construction of the oven interior, front, sides, and top ensures longevity and a professional appearance. The oven is equipped with 6" adjustable legs for stability on any surface and delivers an impressive 60,000 BTU for efficient cooking performance.
