The Jade Range JBR-236C Bistro™ Bake & Roast Oven is a powerful gas oven designed for restaurant use. This 36" double-deck unit features one standard oven and one convection oven, providing versatile cooking options. With a temperature range of 150°F to 500°F, it accommodates a variety of baking and roasting needs. Each oven includes one chrome-plated rack, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. The stainless steel interior, front, sides, and top enhance both aesthetics and hygiene. Equipped with 6" adjustable legs for stability, this oven operates on 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 4.0 amps and delivering 60,000 BTU of cooking power. Certified by CSAus and NSF, it meets high standards for safety and performance.
