The Jade Range JBR-236CC Bistro™ Bake & Roast Oven is a powerful gas oven designed for restaurant use. With a spacious 36" double convection oven, it offers a versatile temperature range from 150°F to 500°F, allowing for precise cooking control. Each oven features one chrome-plated rack, providing ample space for baking and roasting. The stainless steel interior, front, sides, and top ensure durability and easy cleaning. Equipped with 6" adjustable legs, this oven can be tailored to fit your kitchen layout. It operates on two 115v/60/1-ph connections, drawing 4.0 amps and utilizing two 1/4 HP motors, delivering a robust 60,000 BTU output.
