The Jade Range JBR-24G-6-36 Bistro™ Restaurant Range is a powerful 60" gas cooking solution designed for professional kitchens. Featuring six 30,000 BTU open burners on the right and a 24" griddle on the left, this range offers versatile cooking options to meet high-demand needs. It includes manual controls for precise heat management, although it does not have a temperature thermostat. The unit is equipped with one standard oven and a convenient cabinet for additional storage. A chrome-plated rack is included for optimal oven organization. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, tray bed, and stub back, this range ensures durability and easy cleaning. The 6" adjustable legs provide stability on various surfaces. With a total output of 258,000 BTU, this range is CSAus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for any restaurant setting.
