The Jade Range JBR-24G-8-36 Bistro™ Restaurant Range is a powerful 72" gas cooking solution designed for high-volume kitchens. Featuring eight 30,000 BTU open burners on the right side, this range provides ample cooking space for multiple dishes simultaneously. On the left, a 24" griddle offers versatility for preparing breakfast items or searing meats. The range is equipped with manual controls for precise cooking without the need for temperature thermostats. It includes one standard oven for baking and roasting, along with a convenient cabinet for additional storage. A chrome-plated rack is included for optimal oven organization. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, tray bed, and stub back, this range is built for durability and easy cleaning. The 6" adjustable legs ensure stability on any surface. With a total output of 318,000 BTU, the Jade Range JBR-24G-8-36 is CSAus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for professional kitchens.
