Description

The Jade Range JBR-24G-8-3636 is a powerful 72" gas restaurant range designed for high-performance cooking in busy kitchens. Featuring eight 30,000 BTU open burners on the right side, this range provides ample cooking space for multiple pots and pans simultaneously. On the left, a 24" griddle offers additional versatility for preparing a variety of dishes. This model is equipped with manual controls, allowing chefs to have precise control over cooking temperatures without the use of a thermostat. It includes two standard ovens, each with a chrome-plated rack, providing ample space for baking and roasting. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front, sides, tray bed, and stub back, the JBR-24G-8-3636 is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. The 6" adjustable legs ensure stability on uneven surfaces. With a total output of 348,000 BTU, this range is CSAus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for any restaurant environment.
