The Jade Range JBR-36B-36C is a 36" gas restaurant range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. This Bistro™ model features a powerful charbroiler with cast iron radiants and grates, ensuring even heat distribution and exceptional grilling results. The convection oven includes one chrome-plated rack, providing versatile cooking options for various dishes. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front, sides, tray bed, and stub back, this range is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It stands on 6" adjustable legs for stability and ease of cleaning.
