The Jade Range JBR-36G-6-36 is a powerful 72" gas restaurant range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. Featuring six 30,000 BTU open burners on the right side, this range provides ample cooking space for a variety of dishes. On the left, a 36" griddle offers additional versatility for preparing breakfast items or searing meats. Equipped with manual controls, this range allows for precise heat adjustments without the need for a temperature thermostat. It includes one standard oven for baking and roasting, along with a convenient cabinet for storage. The unit comes with a chrome-plated rack for easy access to your cooking essentials.
