The Jade Range JBR-36G-6 Bistro™ Restaurant Range is a powerful 72" gas cooking solution designed for high-volume kitchens. Featuring six 30,000 BTU open burners on the right side, this range provides ample cooking capacity for various dishes. The left side includes a spacious 36" griddle, perfect for preparing breakfast items or searing meats. Manual controls allow for precise heat adjustments, while the absence of a temperature thermostat ensures straightforward operation. The robust cabinet base offers additional storage, and the stainless steel construction on the front, sides, tray bed, and stub back ensures durability and easy cleaning. With 6" adjustable legs, this range can be customized to fit your kitchen layout. Delivering a total output of 312,000 BTU, the JBR-36G-6 is CSAus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for any professional kitchen.
