The Jade Range JBR-4-24C Bistro™ Restaurant Range is a powerful 24" gas range designed for professional kitchens. It features four 30,000 BTU open burners with infinite controls, allowing for precise temperature adjustments. The convection oven includes one chrome-plated rack, providing versatile cooking options. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front, sides, tray bed, and stub back, this range ensures longevity and easy maintenance. It stands on 6" adjustable legs for stability and adaptability in various kitchen environments. Operating at 115v/60/1-ph with a 4.0 amp draw and 1/4 HP motor, it delivers a total output of 150,000 BTU. Certified by CSAus and NSF, this range meets high standards for safety and sanitation.
