The Jade Range JBR-48G-2-2436 is a powerful 60" gas restaurant range designed for high-performance cooking in busy kitchens. Featuring two 30,000 BTU open burners on the right, it provides ample heat for a variety of dishes. The left side is equipped with a spacious 48" griddle, perfect for cooking multiple items simultaneously. This range includes manual controls for precise cooking without a temperature thermostat. For baking and roasting, it offers a 24" space saver oven and a 36" standard oven, both designed to accommodate large quantities of food. The unit comes with one chrome-plated rack for versatile cooking options. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, tray bed, and stub back, it ensures durability and easy cleaning. The 6" adjustable legs allow for customizable height to fit your kitchen setup.
