The Jade Range JBR-48G-36 Bistro™ Restaurant Range is a powerful 48" gas cooking solution designed for professional kitchens. It features a robust 1" thick polished steel griddle plate, providing excellent heat retention and cooking performance. The range is equipped with manual controls for precise cooking without a temperature thermostat. This model includes one standard oven and a convenient cabinet for additional storage, along with a chrome-plated rack for versatile cooking options. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, tray bed, and stub back, it ensures durability and easy maintenance. The 6" adjustable legs allow for customizable height to fit your kitchen setup. With a total output of 126,000 BTU, this range delivers exceptional power and efficiency, meeting CSAus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
