Description

The Jade Range JBR-48G-4-36 is a powerful 72" gas restaurant range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. Featuring four 30,000 BTU open burners on the right side, this range provides ample cooking space for multiple pots and pans simultaneously. The left side includes a spacious 48" griddle, perfect for preparing a variety of dishes. Equipped with manual controls, this range allows for precise heat adjustments without a temperature thermostat. It includes one standard oven for baking and roasting, along with a convenient cabinet for additional storage. The unit comes with a chrome-plated rack for easy access to your cooking essentials.
