The Jade Range JBR-48G-4-3636 is a powerful 72" gas restaurant range designed for high-performance cooking in busy kitchens. Featuring four 30,000 BTU open burners on the right side, it provides ample space for simultaneous cooking. The left side includes a generous 48" griddle, perfect for preparing a variety of dishes. This range is equipped with manual controls, allowing for precise heat adjustments without a temperature thermostat. The unit includes two standard ovens, each fitted with a chrome rack to optimize cooking space.
