The Jade Range JBR-48G-M is a 48" gas restaurant range designed for high-performance cooking in a commercial kitchen. This Bistro™ model features a robust 1" thick polished steel griddle plate, providing excellent heat retention and even cooking. With manual controls, it allows for precise temperature adjustments without a thermostat.
