Description
The Jade Range JBR-6-36 Bistro™ Restaurant Range is a powerful 36" gas range designed for commercial kitchens. It features six open burners, each delivering 30,000 BTUs for efficient cooking. The infinite controls allow for precise temperature adjustments, ensuring optimal cooking performance. The standard oven includes one chrome-plated rack, providing ample space for baking and roasting. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, tray bed, and stub back, this range is built for durability and easy cleaning. The 6" adjustable legs offer stability on uneven surfaces. With a total output of 210,000 BTUs, this range meets CSAus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any restaurant setting.
