The Jade Range JBR-6-36G is a powerful 72" gas restaurant range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. Featuring six 30,000 BTU open burners on the left side, this range provides ample cooking space for a variety of dishes. The right side includes a spacious 36" griddle, perfect for preparing breakfast items, sandwiches, and more. Manual controls allow for precise heat adjustments, while the absence of a temperature thermostat ensures straightforward operation. The durable stainless steel construction on the front, sides, tray bed, and stub back ensures longevity and easy cleaning. With a total output of 252,000 BTU, this range is built to handle the demands of a busy kitchen. The 6" adjustable legs provide stability and flexibility for various kitchen layouts.
