Description

The Jade Range JBR-60G-M is a 60" gas restaurant range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. Featuring a Bistro™ design, this range includes a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate for even heat distribution and durability. Manual controls allow for precise cooking adjustments, although it does not include a temperature thermostat. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, tray bed, and stub back, this range is built for longevity and easy maintenance. With a powerful output of 96,000 BTU, it delivers exceptional cooking capabilities. Certified by CSAus and NSF, it meets rigorous safety and sanitation standards, making it an ideal choice for any busy restaurant environment.
