Description
The Jade Range JBR-72B-M is a 72" gas restaurant range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. This Bistro™ model features a modular design with a powerful charbroiler, equipped with durable cast iron radiants and grates for optimal heat retention and even cooking. Infinite manual controls allow for precise temperature adjustments, ensuring consistent results. The stainless steel construction of the front, sides, tray bed, and stub back provides durability and easy maintenance. With a total output of 180,000 BTU, this range is built to handle the demands of busy restaurant environments. Certified by CSAus and NSF, it meets rigorous safety and sanitation standards.
