The Jade Range JBR-72G-36 Bistro™ Restaurant Range is a powerful 72" gas cooking solution designed for professional kitchens. Featuring a 1" thick polished steel griddle, this range offers exceptional heat retention and cooking performance. It includes manual controls for precise cooking without a temperature thermostat. The unit is equipped with one standard oven and one cabinet for convenient storage, along with a chrome-plated rack for added versatility. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, tray bed, and stub back, it ensures durability and easy maintenance. The 6" adjustable legs provide stability on various surfaces. With a total output of 174,000 BTU, this range is CSAus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for any restaurant environment.
