The Jade Range JBR-72G-3636 is a powerful 72" gas restaurant range designed for high-performance cooking in busy kitchens. Featuring a Bistro™ design, this range includes a 1" thick polished steel griddle that provides excellent heat retention and even cooking. It is equipped with manual controls for precise cooking adjustments, without a temperature thermostat. The range boasts two standard ovens, each with a chrome-plated rack, allowing for versatile baking and roasting options.
