Description

The Jade Range JBR-8-36 Bistro™ Restaurant Range is a powerful 48" gas range designed for professional kitchens. It features eight open burners, each delivering 30,000 BTUs for efficient cooking. The infinite controls allow for precise temperature adjustments, ensuring optimal cooking performance. This range includes one standard oven and a convenient cabinet for additional storage. A chrome-plated rack is included for versatile oven use. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, tray bed, and stub back, it offers durability and easy maintenance. The 6" adjustable legs provide stability on various surfaces. With a total output of 270,000 BTUs, this range meets CSAus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any restaurant setting.
