The Jade Range JBR-CM60-WM is a high-performance gas cheesemelter designed for commercial kitchens. This 60" Bistro™ Wall-Mount model features powerful infrared burners that deliver consistent heat for optimal melting results. With infinite manual controls and a standing pilot, you can easily adjust the temperature to suit your needs. The unit includes one rack position and a 2" thick insulated bottom shelf for enhanced heat retention and safety. Constructed with heavy gauge stainless steel on the front, sides, top, and bottom, this cheesemelter is built for durability and easy maintenance.
