The Jade Range JBRE-3-3-36C Bistro™ Restaurant Range is a powerful 36" gas cooking solution designed for commercial kitchens. It features three 20,000 BTU open burners and three additional 20,000 BTU step-up open burners, providing versatile cooking options with infinite controls for precise temperature management. The convection oven includes one chrome-plated rack, ensuring even cooking and baking results. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front, sides, and stub back, this range is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It stands on 6" adjustable legs for stability and ease of cleaning. Operating at 115v/60/1-ph with a 4.0 amp draw and 1/4 HP motor, it delivers a total output of 150,000 BTU. Certified by CSAus and NSF, this range meets high standards for safety and sanitation.
