The Jade Range JBRE-4-4-36 Bistro™ Restaurant Range is a powerful 36" gas range designed for professional kitchens. It features four 15,000 BTU open burners and four additional 15,000 BTU step-up open burners, providing versatile cooking options. The infinite controls allow for precise temperature adjustments, ensuring optimal cooking performance. The standard oven includes one chrome-plated rack, perfect for baking and roasting. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front, sides, and stub back, this range is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It also includes 6" adjustable legs for easy leveling. With a total output of 150,000 BTU, this range is CSAus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for any restaurant setting.
